A new 6 story steel framed storage building built over a metro tunnel. Footings consisted of massive grade beams up to 7’-0” in depth, 30’-0” wide and 60’-0” long. All footing were excavated to bedrock and filled with concrete to bottom of footing elevation. 5 levels at 22,00 square feet of light weight concrete on metal deck.
