HBA’s was tasked with constructing a structural podium deck in an existing building. The scope also included new foundations throughout the interior of the existing building, new concrete podium deck, with all bottom sheeting set in a running bond pattern and even laid out seams, & beams with sharp edges, tapered ends, and radius up turns. The work on this project was awarded the ACI Award of Excellence in 2025.
