HBA was tasked with constructing a new ground up retail store in an existing shopping center. New 4 story steel framed high end retail building consisting of pad footings, grade beams, new shotcrete over existing retaining wall, 29, 340 square feet on slab on grade, 3 levels of 20,930 square feet of lightweight concrete slab on metal deck all slabs received a polished finish. 18 new 7’-0” square by 7’-0” deep planter boxes suspended in the second level deck. Installation of new precast concrete columns at levels 1 thru 3 and precast sill and wall cap through the project.
